MedIdentity helps physicians organize and maintain their professional records. During the pilot, access is by invitation only and features may change.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your record. AI suggestions are proposals for you to review; nothing is added to your record until you confirm it. Verify CME and licensing requirements with your board.

Don’t upload patient names or other patient-identifying information.

Your data

You own your record. You can export or delete it at any time.

Account security

Keep your sign-in details and authenticator app secure, and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.
